Surface Vibration Compactor Soil Testing Machine
Description:
The surface vibration compactor is used to measure the maximum dry
density of cohesionless free draining coarse grained soil and
mega-grained soil (including rockfill). The vibrating tamping plate
is vertically vibrated and compacted on the surface of the sample
and propagated from top to bottom. After the diamond corners of the
particles are cut and broken, the particle positions are rearranged
and moved to stable positions corresponding to the standard
conditions of the geotechnical test specifications, so that the
