Description:
It is a kind of fluid loss performance simulating drilling fluid or
water drilling fluid under dynamic conditions in deep wells under
high temperature and high pressure.Drilling Fluids Testing Equipment
Applicable to:
1. Dynamic filtration and cake preparation test: the maximum
working pressure of the drilling fluid cup is less than 600psi and
the filtration area is 3.5in2 (22.6 cm2) at any temperature from
normal temperature to 120 ℃.
2. There is double leakage network, which can meet the measurement
of cement slurry.
The high temperature and high pressure dynamic fluid loss
instrument works with parameters determined under the condition of
simulating the actual downhole operation. It is to heat the
drilling fluid through the heating sleeve and keep it constant at a
certain temperature. During this period, the variable-speed motor
drives the drive shaft to stir continuously according to the
specified speed, and the pressure is provided by the pressure
reducing and stabilizing device to act on the drilling fluid, so as
to simulate the field working state and obtain its filtration loss.
If the measured temperature is greater than 90 ℃, the back pressure
