WSC series microcomputer controlled relaxation testing machine for
prestressed steel strand is a testing equipment used to measure the
relaxation performance of metal materials at room temperature, and
the product complies with GB/T10120 Metal Stress Relaxation Test
Method. It is applicable to scientific research institutes,
industrial and mining enterprises, colleges and universities,
transportation quality inspection and other industries.
The WSC series microcomputer controlled relaxation testing machine
for prestressed steel strand consists of a host, a measurement and
control system and software.
The main engine is a device used to apply test force. It consists
of a bearing frame composed of columns and beams, and a
transmission device composed of a reducer, a servo motor and a
driver. Drive the screw nut to rotate and control the left and
right movement of the lead screw through the transmission device to
complete loading and unloading.
The measurement and control system EDC-300 of the microcomputer
controlled prestressed strand relaxation testing machine is a
measurement and control system designed for the microcomputer
controlled tensile stress relaxation testing machine. The control
system uses Xingao software, and the system operates stably and
measures accurately. The relaxation test of various metal materials
can be carried out in cooperation with the host computer and
