Features:
The instrument is mainly composed of two parts: pressing frame and
demoulding. In use, first place the pressing roller handle and
pressing frame at the rear end of the supporting mold to fully
expose the supporting film, then insert the sample plate into the
small groove at the rear end of the supporting film and press the
eccentric shaft against one end of the sample plate with the
pressing handle, and then move the pressing frame down through the
rolling shaft on the pressing frame to make the sample plate bend
and deform evenly along the surface of the supporting film, Move
the pressing frame to the positioning position and finally observe
the physical change of the putty film surface of the template.

It is widely used in the coating industry to judge the crack and
falling off of the putty film after bending. The instrument
